Mound System
A
Mound is an effective system but obviously NOT attractive.
So
why do I want a system like this you may ask ???
This system would be
required do to soil limitations
The dense clay horizon may be shallow in your soil
You may have shallow bedrock
Even a water table that can't be lowered
Mounds are required do
to Poor soil conditions.
Mounds are very sensitive to organic material load.
Effluent Filters are
recommended on ANY system but ESPECIALLY on a Mound. A pump discharge
filter can remove even MORE organic material.

Mounds
are VERY sensitive to construction procedures only a few installers
are capable of building a Mound and even fewer that can get it right
and NOBODY can keep up with us!!!!!!!!
A Mound
is constructed on top of your existing soil. It is made up of a
large pile of sand with a gravel trench running through it. It has
plumbing in the gravel not in the sand. The whole pile is covered
with about a foot of dirt.

A Mound
uses a pump so this system will have two tanks, a Septic Tank and
a Dosing Tank. We use Zoeller pumps and we use landscape friendly
green high-density plastic lids and an almost indestructible plastic
riser. All wiring is in conduit with durability proven gas proof
connections.

Our
Dosing Tanks are designed on trial and error with 15 yrs experience.
This is the harshest environment imaginable for an electrical system
and we have
time proven components.
After
trying everything that was supposed to work we found the stuff that
DOES work.
We
can service and update your existing Dosing Tank no matter who installed
it.
A
Perimeter Drain or Curtain Drain lower will your seasonal water
table and is frequently required on your system.
