Your Septic System Specialists
Our Dosing Tanks are designed on trial and error with over 20 years experience
This is the harshest environment imaginable for an electrical system and
We have time proven components

After trying everything that was supposed to work
We found the stuff that DOES work
Flood Dose means your system has a pump to move effluent to the absorption field
Flood dose is required when your trench system exceeds 1500 sq ft
Your absorption field is at a higher elevation than your home
You have a Mound System or other advanced technology
In a Trench System you will saturate the trench bottoms in one Dose and
Then (sometimes,,) it has time to dry out before the next dose
This generally adds life to the absorption field over a gravity system
We can also provide unsurpased accuracy of distribution when using a pump (this is exclusive to L&M)
In a Mound System you will "WET" the sand NOT saturate it this allows
Aerobic bacteria to feed on the effluent thus reducing organic load on the soil
It is quite common to see over saturation in Mounds by improper float settings
As long as the pump is operational you will never have a saturated field bed back-up your house sewer
With a pump you can add a pressure filter and take organic load down substantially and
Really add some years to your field bed
We can service and update your existing Dosing Tank (Pump)
No matter who installed it
